Really happy with the product. They were fast to create it, and communicated with me quickly and easily, including suggesting some enhancements that improved the image. Pick up is at a residential home, not a business, so when picking up, email them to notify of arrival to minimize wait time in the lobby or outside. Great product, amazing service

Living in rural Nova Scotia, finding someone to make a cake with prints was going to be an impossible feat.
They either did not have the printer or could only print a certain size etc.
My daughter had requested a cake with prints of her favorite animé character and I was running out of options.
Looking online was discouraging since most companies were charging a ridiculous amount for a very limited printing options.
Found Edible Touch while browsing and I thought it was too good to be true!
Uploading pictures was easy-- you get to see and approve before submitting.
I received my order -- which had been completed same day-- in less than a week.
It was professionally packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
As for the product itself, it's better than I imagined.
Images are clear, the colors nice and bright, true to the animé character.
I will be a returning customer and would recommend to friends and family without hesitation!
