Returns Policy

Food safety first: Because our products are edible and often custom-printed, most orders are final sale and can’t be restocked once they leave our facility.

Eligible Returns (Non-Edible Accessories & Tools)

We accept returns on non-edible accessories/tools only, provided:

  • Request window: within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: unused, in original unopened packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer (no restocking fee).
  • Refund method: to the original payment method after inspection (allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return).

Final Sale (Not Returnable / Refundable)

  • All edible media & prints: icing/sugar sheets, wafer, ultra-thin, clear, chocolate transfer, drink toppers, cupcake/cake toppers.
  • Custom or personalized designs and made-to-order products.
  • Clearance / Final-sale items as marked.
  • Gift cards and digital items.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item, inner packaging, and outer box/mailers
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll offer a suitable resolution (replacement, partial credit, or refund) after review.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before production: we’ll do our best to cancel or edit your order.
  • After production or once shipped: orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How to Start a Return (Eligible Items)

  1. Email us your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
  3. Pack items securely; use a trackable service and keep your receipt.

Tip: Returns that arrive used, opened, or missing parts may be declined.

Refund Timing

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Banks may take 3–5 business days to post it.
