Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Upload your image, choose size & quantity, and checkout. We’ll email a preview for approval before printing.
Can I change my order?
Changes are possible within 24 hours of ordering. Once production starts, edits aren’t guaranteed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal, and e-transfer.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes—perfect for bakeries, cafés, caterers, and event planners. Contact us for a quote.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast do you process orders?
Usually 1–3 business days before shipping. Orders in by 12pm EST are more likely to ship the same day.
Which carriers do you use?
UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, and Canada Post (service availability may vary). Tracking is provided for most methods except some economy options.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes—by appointment only in Hamilton, Ontario.
My package arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please take photos right away and file a claim with the carrier. Then contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Are your edible prints safe?
Yes—printed with food-safe, gluten-free materials. (Note: edible printers don’t print white ink.)
Do they have a taste?
Wafer & clear sheets: neutral/tasteless. Icing & ultra-thin sugar sheets: light vanilla-sugar taste.
How long do they last and how do I store them?
Up to 12 months when kept sealed in a cool, dry place (no fridge). Use by the best-before date on the package.
Icing sheets vs. wafer paper — what’s the difference?
Icing sheets: smooth & vibrant. Wafer paper: thinner, slightly textured—great for lightweight decorations.
Do you offer clear see-through drink toppers?
Yes—premium clear toppers for coffees, cocktails and more.

Customization & Design

What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD and more. We recommend 300 DPI for best results.
Can you help with editing or layout?
Yes—basic tweaks are included. For background removal, text design, themed layouts and other specific requests, extra charges apply. Email us and we’ll help with your project.
How do I apply prints?
Apply to buttercream, ganache or chocolate. For fondant, use a tiny amount of water or edible glue. Smooth from the center out to avoid bubbles.

Do you do bulk, reseller or dropship orders?
