- Use clear, high-resolution images whenever possible
- PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended for logos and individual graphics
- Avoid screenshots, blurry images or heavily compressed files
- Make sure small text is large enough to remain readable after printing
- Keep all important artwork inside the visible safe printing area

- Leave enough space between designs for manual cutting
- Check the dimensions of every design before ordering
- Do not place important details too close to the sheet edges
- Confirm that no designs overlap unless intentionally arranged
