How to Create Your Design
Design, arrange, and approve your print in minutes—no design software needed.
- Open the builder: Click Create Design / Customize on this product page. The Sheet Builder opens in a new panel.

Choose sheet size & options: Select the sheet size offered for this product (e.g., 8"X11", 1", 2' etc. or the size shown). If you see a Pre-Cut option (e.g., cupcake circles), pick quantities are by sheets (8"X11")
Note: Some options only appear on certain products (e.g., cupcake toppers). - Upload your images: Click Upload and add your PNG/JPG files. For best results, use high-resolution images (the builder flags graphics below ~300 DPI so you can replace or resize before ordering).

Clean up backgrounds (optional): If your artwork has a white box you don’t want, use Remove White to drop the white background with one click.
Then use Trim Transparency to cut away extra transparent pixels so sizing is accurate. - Add text or reuse designs (optional): Use the text tool or pick from any available design libraries—great for reorders and brand elements.
- Arrange your sheet: Drag to position, grab corners to resize, rotate as needed, and duplicate items to fill your sheet. For the fastest, most material-efficient layout, click Auto-Nest / Auto-Build to let the tool pack everything for you.
- Canva: You have the an option to use Canva tools and log in to your account or creat a Canva account to save your work
- Quality check: Watch for DPI/quality warnings on each image. If you see a warning, either scale the image down until the warning clears or upload a higher-resolution file.
- Final review: Zoom in to confirm sizing, counts, and positions (and, if you chose pre-cut toppers, that key details aren’t near the cut edge). We advise leaving a small margin between important text and the edge of any cut line.
- Approve & add to cart: Click Add to Cart (or Save & Add). Your layout is saved with your order and sent to us as a print-ready file tailored to our production process.
Tips for best results
- Resolution: Aim for 300 DPI at final print size (the builder warns you if you’re under).
- File type: PNG is ideal for clean edges/transparent backgrounds; JPG works for photos.
- Color: Screens vary—expect minor edible-ink variation versus on-screen colors.
- Pre-cut items (if offered): Keep vital text/logos a few millimeters inside the edge.
