Keep the sheet sealed

Store the sheet sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The current product listing says not to refrigerate and gives a best-before period of 12 months from purchase. Check the date and directions on your order when it arrives, then plan your decorating around them.

Keep each design with its note

The icing sheet was a breeze to put on

The icing sheet was a breeze to put on. The wafer paper ended up buckling when I first put it on due to the humidity in my fridge. I was able to resolve this by keeping it in the fridge for about 30 minutes off of the cake then flattening it under a heavy book until the following morning. It worked perfectly after that and did not buckle again.
