- Les frais de service de design sont distincts du produit de décoration imprimée, sauf indication contraire.
- Chaque niveau de service comprend un nombre limité de séries de révisions, comme indiqué ci-dessus.
- Une série de révisions signifie une liste groupée de modifications demandées soumises en une seule fois.
- Des modifications supplémentaires au-delà des séries de révisions incluses peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires.
- Les demandes modifiant de manière significative la direction, le thème, la mise en page ou le concept original après la livraison de l'épreuve peuvent être traitées comme un nouveau service de design ou un niveau supérieur.

I ordered 8 large 8x10 company logo edible images for a large corporate cake order. Not only were the images crisp and clear but the shipping speed was amazing! I needed it within a weeks time and it came in 3 days. They sent out the order almost immediately after placing it, which was quick and efficient. I Will continue to recommend and purchase from here!
I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted promptly after submitting my order with proofs for the order. The service was quick and easy and the team was pleasant to work with!
The icing sheet was a breeze to put on. The wafer paper ended up buckling when I first put it on due to the humidity in my fridge. I was able to resolve this by keeping it in the fridge for about 30 minutes off of the cake then flattening it under a heavy book until the following morning. It worked perfectly after that and did not buckle again.
